AG assists Lantmännen
AG Advokat has assisted Lantmännen Fastigheter, which together with Hemsö forms a joint venture to develop and manage community properties.
The parties’ initial investment in the 50/50 percent owned company amounts to SEK 540m and comprises a portfolio of four school and retirement homes, as well as an elderly housing project, all located in the Stockholm and Malmö area. Real estate comes from Lantmännen’s existing portfolio. In five to seven years, the company hopes to reach a market value of approximately SEK 3 billion.
