AG Advokat advises sellers when Vestum acquires KvalitetsMark

AG Advokat has acted as legal advisor to Kvalitetsbyggsgruppen and Aktiebolaget Astr-Ro in the sale of Kvalitetsmark R AB to Vestum AB (publ). KvalitetsMark specializes in groundwork and concrete construction, as well as services including foundation reinforcement, blasting, pipe jacking, pipe laying and detailed planning. For FY 2021, KvalitetsMark generated sales of SEK 168.5 million with an EBITDA of MSEK 16.0. A part of the purchase price will be paid with Vestum shares. Kvalitetsbyggsgruppen has approximately 80 employees and provides construction related services to companies as well as to private individuals.
