AG Advokat advises Fabege regarding construction in the new area Söderstaden in Stockholm
AG Advokat has assisted with the preparation of contracts, etc. to construct one of the first buildings in the new area south of Stockholm. The building will contain teleoperator 3’s new headquarters and the construction company Zengun is the entrepreneur. The building covers 31,000 square meters, spread over 14 floors, and is situated parallel to Nynäsvägen (opposite the Globe) in Stockholm.
Responsible for AG’s team have been partners Håkan Bjerle and Anders Skägg.
