AG advises Alecta regarding the modernization of the A6 Center
The occupational pension company Alecta plan for a comprehensive modernization and expansion of the mall A6 Center in Jönköping and has now signed a cooperation agreement with Wästbygg for planning, design and construction of the first phase, work that is expected to continue for the next three years. Approx cost of the ongoing total contract amounts to approximately 400 million SEK.
AG’s team consisted of responsible partner Håkan Bjerle and attorney Anders Skägg.
