AG Advokat legal advisor to Fabege in the Haga Norra-project
Fabege has recently appointed Zengun as construction contractor for the next phase of the urban development project in Haga Norra. Haga Norra Block 1, an office block, is planned to be ready for occupancy in early 2024 and will have an area of approximately 31,500 sqm of commercial premises divided over eight floors. Fabege’s investment is estimated at approximately SEK 1.4 billion.
AG Advokat, with Håkan Bjerle as lead partner, has assisted Fabege in the contract work related to the construction.
