AG Advokat advises Ursus Real Estate Management – signs new lease agreement with Postnord for HQ in iconic Arken-building
PostNord has decided to remain with its head office in the iconic Arken-building in Solna. From the turn of the year, a new lease agreement will run until mid-2029. AG Advokat has been legal advisor to the property owner Ursus in the contract work and has drafted the new lease agreement. AG Advokat’s team included Johan Lindberg, Måns Derk and Melad A. Elias. AG also assisted Ursus in the acquisition of the property in 2020.
