AG Advokat legal advisor to new Arctic company in the acquisition of PostNord’s HQ for SEK 1.5 billion
URSUSREM Atlas II AB has acquired PostNord’s head office in Solna, the well-known “Arken” building, from First North-listed Delarka Holding AB. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 1,525 million.
AG Advokat has advised the buyer URSUSREM Atlas II, a newly founded Arctic company, in connection with the transaction, including the buyer’s financing. Johan Lindberg was AG Advokat’s lead partner in the acquisition, the team also included partners Eric Ödling and Niklas Gyllentrost, senior associate Måns Derk, and associates Darin Erbili and Sara Öhrlund.
