AG Advokat legal advisor to Revelop

The real estate company Revelop has appointed Wästbygg as construction contractor for the conversion and extension of parts of a property in Kista into a 4-star hotel under the brand AC Hotels by Marriott. In total, approximately 9,000 sqm will be converted into 201 hotel rooms, conference area, restaurant, swimming pool and relaxation area. The construction contract amounts to approximately SEK 180 million.

AG Advokat has assisted Revelop throughout the procurement and subsequent contract negotiation. AG Advokat’s team included partner Anders Skägg and senior associate Jenny Gustafsson.
