AG Advokat legal advisor to real estate trio in Nacka Port-project
VästkustStugan, Mjöbäcks Entreprenad and Innovation Properties have formed a JV together with the real estate company Balder. Together they will build Nacka Port, in the outskirts of Stockholm. Nacka Port will comprise two high-rise buildings with 38 and 30 floors respectively. The 38-storey building it will become Stockholm’s tallest residential building.
AG Advokat has assisted VästkustStugan, Mjöbäcks Entreprenad and Innovation Properties with the sale of the company (Nacka Port), and assisted with the establishment of the new JV company between the sellers and Balder. AG Advokat’s team included Alexander Göthlund Issjö and Emily Dahlqvist, with Johan Gadd as lead partner.
