AG Advokat legal advisor to Hufvudstaden

Hufvudstaden’s Johanna Block, which consists of four existing buildings and the undeveloped so-called “Johanna plot”, is situated in central Gothenburg. A major development project is currently underway and the Johanna Block will undergo both redevelopment and new construction while preserving culturally interesting details.
Hufvudstaden has recently signed a construction contract with NCC, the project’s general contractor. The renovation/reconstruction is scheduled to commence in early 2022. Håkan Bjerle and his team has assisted Hufvudstaden with drafting and negotiating the construction conntracts.
