AG Advokat assists Stadsrum Fastigheter
Property company Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement to sell the shopping centre Farsta centrum in Stockholm to Stadsrum Fastigheter for SEK 4 billion.
AG Advokat has assisted Stadsrum Fastigheter in the transaction. AG Advokat’s work was performed by partner Johan Gadd, together with Måns Derk, Alicia Svensson, Jonas Sabel and Alexander Göthlund Issjö.
This deal includes a rental value of SEK 310 million and more than 100,000 sqm letting area. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 3,979 million.
