AG Advokat assists Riksbyggen
As part of the extensive Masthuggskajen-project, Riksbyggen has as one of several property developers recently entered into an agreement with Älvstranden Utveckling.
Älvstranden Utveckling is tasked to complete the groundwork at the artificial peninsula which will be constructed at Masthuggskajen in Gothenburg. An entirely new district is currently being developed at Masthuggskajen and Riksbyggen is planning to build 500 apartments between Järntorget, Långgatorna and the river. Riksbyggen’s construction work is scheduled to begin in 2022.
AG Advokat has advised Riksbyggen in the contract work. AG Advokat’s team includes Partner Anders Skägg and Senior Associate Jessica Bouleau.
