AG Advokat has assisted the digital health treatment service provider ImagineCare in connection with a partner agreement with Telia Company. AG Advokat’s work was performed by Christian Hybbinette, Viktoria Ahlfors and Fredrik Sandström.

ImagineCare specialises in innovative services related to digital health treatment. Together with Telia Company they will launch an app for smartphones to aid remote patient monitoring and individualised chronic care management. The app allows people suffering from a chronic disease to exercise, keep track of their vital values and progress from home, and instantly share the data with their health practitioner. For ImagineCare, Telia Company was the perfect partner, with their wide competence and strong market presence. The product will be launched during 2018.
