AG Advokat assist K-Fastigheter and Innovation Properties
K-Fastigheter and Innovation Properties have entered into an agreement with K.A. Lindgren Förvaltnings Aktiebolag to acquire three properties in Värmdö municipality.
Rental apartments are planned to be constructed at the site. K-Fastigheter estimates that it will be able to build up to 150 apartments. The two parties each own 50 per cent of the project, which has an underlying total property value amounting to approximately SEK 53 million.
AG Advokat has assisted the buyers with the acquisition of the properties and with drafting the underlying cooperation agreements. AG Advokat’s team included partner Johan Gadd and associate Alexander Göthlund Issjö.
