AG Advokat advises Electrolux in connection with expansion of HQ in Stockholm
The real estate company Gångaren 13, fully owned by Electrolux Group, has recently signed an agreement with Skanska to expand the company’s head office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. The construction agreement is worth approximately SEK 500 million, and construction is scheduled to start in Q1 2022.
AG Advokat has assisted Electrolux with negotiation and drafting of construction agreements and structuring for future housing production. AG Advokat’s team included Johan Lindberg, Måns Derk, Jenny Gustafsson and Hanna Svensson, with Håkan Bjerle as lead partner.
